More recipe books for people with "dental challenges"


I thought I’d share the titles in my modest but growing library of books with recipes or tips to help people with various dental issues, not just braces. Some are out of print, but due to the wonders of web searches, you may find copies as I did.

Adult Braces in a Gourmet World: A Consumer’s Guide to Straight Teeth, by Valerie Strindlund (DCI Publishing, 1988; older version ISBN 0-937721-52-2) Includes 55 recipes and medical, dental and lifestyle information; 148 pages; out of print as far as I can tell (used ones are on Amazon)

Coping with Braces and Other Orthodontic Work, by Jordan Lee (The Rosen Publishing Group, 1998; older version ISBN 0-8239-2721-0) No recipes, but includes 92 pages of information; out of print as far as I can tell (used ones are on Amazon)
